Subscription Pricing

AuthAnvil Solutions run on a subscription model based on active users. All pricing below is based on actual monthly usage as determined by the utility billing system of the AuthAnvil Licensing Manager.

• For AuthAnvil Two Factor Auth this is a user account assigned a token that is currently active.
• For AuthAnvil Single Sign On this is a user with SSO enabled in the AuthAnvil Manager.
• For AuthAnvil Password Vault this is any user that is enabled to login to the system.

Your software subscription entitles you to all minor updates and major releases to all our AuthAnvil server and agent software, and gives you the ability to install the software on as many systems as you like. It gives you full online technical support and case management, and offers you live online chat with our customer service representatives as you need it.

NOTE: If you decide not to renew your subscription, the software will cease to function when that subscription expires. If you use our pay-as-you-go subscription option, your AuthAnvil subscription will be billed to your credit card on a monthly basis, and continue without the need to renew. Two Factor Auth Token Pricing

These are the devices that generate dynamic one-time passwords (OTPs) for you, and can be in the form of hardware tokens that can be attached to your keyring, in the form of software tokens that turn your desktop or mobile phone into an authentication device, or in a hybrid form factor that can take an existing hardware Yubikey and install an AuthAnvil SoftToken. There is a one-time fee for these tokens, and they are sold in packs of five.

• Hardware tokens cost $75.00 each. (sold in packs of 5 for $375 + S&H)
• Software tokens cost $50.00 each. (sold in packs of 5 for $250)

Additional Items Pricing

Professional Services

We typically recommend you also take advantage of our remote Installation Services. For $250/hr, we will remotely connect to your Windows server and complete the base installation for you! We also offer other professional services to help get you up and running.
